  • Your perfect size

If you could hit your perfect body size what would it be realistically. I know most would say a bodybuilders physique, but I am talking if you could dedicate yourself to the gym what realistically could you become.

I always thought 6'2" 275lbs 10-12% BF would be attainable for me.

Well currently I am at 240 with 17-18% body fat.

My ideal body is 225 with 7% body fat. I've been to 225 with 15% body fat. Felt good.

140 at 7%. I want to look like this guy.... I need to gain about 10 lbs to do that - tough but doable for me with some work.

I just think sometimes when people say it to other people it motivates them better. I always said I wanna be 200, then 215, then 230, but now at my current weight of 235-240 I really slowed down. Just finally got my whole food preparation and eating plan straightened out so I feel some gains will be coming.

Its hard to say exactly. I cant seem to find the thread with pictures corresponding to body fats but I'm 5'10" and I imagine that if I could get to 225 and have a bf% in the teens I would be happy. I like how scrumhalf found a picture of his goal.

I'd like to to be Arild Haugen's size; same age as me too. I think here he is roughly 6'2" 280lbs

Yep, it is pretty easy for me. I just have to look for a lightweight or welterweight boxer on Google images. :)

I am about 130lbs now. 135-140lbs is a weight I can probably sustain with my lifestyle. Anything higher is unsustainable and not worth pursuing.

I have hit as high as 225 with a bf in the mid teens, I looked as wide as a house, but for all intents and purposes I prefer 175-180 in the single digit bf range.

                            How tall are you?

What was your weight in your avatar?
