              The older I get the more I value functional fitness over pure size.

              Fifteen years ago I wanted to be a mass monster. Now I'm happy shooting for this...

                                I've really been getting into Crossfit the past year or so, plus my wife and I have been running, biking, swimming, playing tennis and taking the kayak out more. Being lean improves my performance in all those things and my strength is still up, no real loss on any of my lifts.
