Now I have vertigo :( - I was away on business last week and all the effen up and down of the elevators plus a small ear infection coming on threw my whole system off :( - I suffer from motion sickness but this is ridiculous

I am on meds and the doc said it could last 2 weeks to 2 months :noo screw the latter I hope to recover sooner

I think certain foods can cause vertigo as well I kno salt intake can contribute to it as your body will hold more water.
