i saw this accident sunday as i was heading to philly -- you couldnt tell what make 2 of the cars were they were so fucking crushed -- one body lay out in the middle of the road -- another still pinned in the car that was up aainst the tree -- they covered that person with a tarp -- 2 were critical . not sure what there status is at this point but will say it was pretty gruesome .. my wife got the chills when she noticed the body in the road .. they partially covered it . the amount of sheer damage tells me speed def was a factor

all i could think about is some families are about to get a call that will change everyday life for a while

I make a concious effort not to look in those situations as a matter of decency, last thing you need when your down is someone rubber necking at you. Very sad though like you say a family could be without someone now

I read about that accident in the star ledger. The parkway can be a dangerous place.

Thats horrible. Its very sad. I remember being in traffic on I-95 because of an accident. This guy in a R1 wrecked and the paramedics had covered his body and the carried him in the ambulance. I assume he was dead because his entire body was covered in white blanket.

I turned the other way and thought to myself, what if that was me. How could I leave my little brother to grow up without an older brother guiding him and being there for him :(

lol... I have always wanted a bike. Especially the Yamaha R1

After seeing a few wrecks, I am re-considering. This particular wreck has been burned in my mind.

listen bro , i was almost killed in a bike accident but didnt let that stop me from doing what i love and thats riding !!!

climbing on my fatboy , which might be a roadglide :agreed: soon is just plain awesome !!!

dont ever let things you see in life keep you from doing those very things !! people die in cars everyday yet you still climb in and drive your car .

best thing as far as motorcycles i would reccommend is takng the advanced riding class . which i will be doing myself in the spring .. also ride in groups

                Ya thats true. Good points.

I will definitely be riding in groups. Few of my friends have bikes, so it will be a nice cruise :)

its great riding with friends !! everyone looks out for eachother !!

alot of your motorcycle related deaths these days are from the guys fucking off on the machine .. once you lose respect for whats underneath you . you put yourself out there to get hurt .

my accident happened when a lady was in too much of a fuckin rush pull out in front of me ---

good advice - i worked with bikes for a few years and I'm getting back on this spring, I miss it real bad. When I got my license I did a two day class and it was the best money I spent. I remember reading about your accident bro, glad you are okay - I've dumped a lot practicing different stunts but I would never want to stop for good, absolutely love riding.
