Its all good, I don't mind answering your questions. I started back in high school to lose fat. i was 208 lbs with 20% body fat. I've been fluctuating ever since. Lowest I ever got was 187lbs with 13% body fat. That point on I got pissed because I was skinny. I wanted more meat and more muscle. 2 months later i shot up to 230 with about 18% body fat and from there i dropped to 225 at 15% body fat. I was the biggest and strongest at that point. Than the school dropped into full gear and burnt my ass. So for a year and a half now I've been struggling at 235-240 with fluctuating body fat.
I had a great feeling at 225. Lots of compliments and I felt indestructible

I already sweat like a pig if I eat too quickly or the temp around me goes over 70*; When I hit 275lbs I will look like I just got out of the shower ha ha. Big thanks to Big Scott telling me to do cardio 4 times a week while bulking; has really helped with the sweating as well as my endurance while lifting before after I did my set I would sit there huffing and puffing like I was gonna pass out, now I am in much better shape after each set.

I always think you should train for that size;because if you are lucky you might actually reach the size you wanna be with thinking you wanna be that huge. well put but I train for certain things like boxing - other training - I also go balls out but I don't focus on size as much as strength to weight ratio. That being said, I want to look swole like anyone else in there right mind on this board. I've always wondered how the hell Jay Cutler, etc...I 've always wondered how their heart muscle has the strength to push enough blood through their bodies. Its fucking amazing because the heart is only designed for so much output and its just crazy how big they are and how much they must use their heart just standing there...

Don't take it as a deterant. Its just a simple fact of life when you weigh near three bills and packed with muscle that eats up blood. I would just keep monitoring the heart.
