got electric shocked at work wednesday

well wednesday while at work, i am a electrican. i was tracing wires for a wiring diagram for a set of lighting relays. they were 277volts, well needless to say one of them had a skinned area and it cooked the shit out of me. i lost some skin on my middle finger. it entered thru my middle finger and exited thru my middle finger and pinky finger.

luckily i am not retaining water or i would have been dead more than likely. so i can barely bend my singed and burnt finger, but it is healing so far. i may need a skin graft to help it heal completely. and to top things off i turn 26 on monday.

thanks gang. yeah it hurt like hell, now i just have to get my finger back to where it was. i can only do pushing type movements cause i can't grip too well. thankk god the gear is leaning me out or i would have been a deak duck. i can still hear it ringing my ears too.

yeah it will go away in time. but it is the cycles i am hearing that the current is conducted thru.

i went to the gym today to train shoulders and i had a little bit of blood come out. but it looks 100% better already. the skin is hardening and healing already. thank god!! i think if i weren't on eq/winny i may have been killed cause i would have retained more water than i have now. but i like being lean more so now than ever. thank god and my guardian angle!!
