I know this might be a little corny - but I want to give a shout out where it is deserved. When I first talked to you bro you I was nervous, only thing I knew was you were in a bad spot with your girl, I had no idea who you were, no clue at all. You've spent countless amounts of time, working up entire routines for me - working up supps everything. Texting me calling me making sure I hadn't gone and fucking OD'd. I don't care if anyone thinks this sounds cheesey, i don't mind the man crush joke or whatever lol - i'd say the same thing :D. But in seriousness bro, you genuinely have gone the extra mile for me, and that means a lot. Thanks for being humble and willing to teach bro.

yeah bro - i just got back from the hospital - his mom found a bottle of sleeping pills and serequel (he lives w/a lady who has bipolar) all torched dude. He's not up and the docs don't know how long it will take but he's alive, which is good because now im gonig to beat the fuck out of him for pulling this shit.
