    well i start my diet in 4 weeks -- i will take a week off diet in april as i am going on a cruise so i am going to enjoy it !!!

    but other then that i will eat super clean , limited carbs , from march till july 23 and 24 - show days -

    so i will spend next few weeks enjoying myself :agreed:

    i just ate

    2 large pulled pork sandwiches , and a whole lemon/pumpkin cake that i baked for myself -- bundt style cake -- my wife was just staring at me in disbelief lol -- only thing missing was cookie dough icecream :hibb:

    i cooked up 3lbs of buffalo and mixed it with brown rice. been eating that the whole day.

    where you going on cruise?

      out of new york -- first stop is cape canveral , then bahamas from there . i cant wait bro !!

      going to punta conta after the show -- just me and the wife for that one . the whole family is going on the cruise


      hmm , by the way you just gave me new meal to eat !!! going to try that buffalo/rice mix

        yea, i just buy the buffalo packs. 1 lb each. i buy like 10 of them and toss them in the freezer. cant buy them at costco though, they dont have buffalo. gotta get it at stop and shop.

        i mix a cup of rice for every lb of buffalo. i mix in a little hot sauce and eat. good shit.

            Humm I wonder where you got that meal from?
            I see you still have not tried 2 over easy eggs on top.

            I have chicken and brown rice for my next 7 meals already ate 3 but 7 left to go

                            cut back a bit since I'm taking this week off training due to a nagging injury I finaly got treat. So for me just 4 meals a day; egg, chick/rice, chick/rice, meat rap for last meal

                              One day Ill eat clean like the grilled fish, brown rice, eggs and chicken breast etc... and the next ill have Lasagna or meat lovers pan pizza fron pizza hut etc....

                              It works for me.......
