Why do people give up so easy; found out my friend's, brother's good friend hung himself. Everyone was like I feel so bad that must suck blah,blah, blah all I said was what a pussy, good thing he did kill himself so we have one less piece of shit to deal with. He didn't graduate high school just worked some shit job and smoked weed all day; I say good riddance. He put in the note that he did it because his GF broke up with him and the girl said she didn't even know that they were dating in the first place LMFAO. He said his life sucked and was going nowhere but that was only because of the poor decisions he made. Thoughts, comments...

If he honestly killed himself over a girl he was never a man to begin with. I've had a "unique" group of friends over the years, and I've seen some seriously disturbed people go into manic states, kill others and kill themselves. That shit I understand, mental disorders fucking suck and frankly I'd put money the vast majority of people who I knew when i was runnin were not just addicts but dual diagnosed with serious underlying problems.Originally posted by Konitz View Post

not sure I agree with your harshness, weed is and has been a silent killer for a long time, causes big mental problems, social withdrawal, scitz, depression. MrI - I think the biggest problem w/the weed is people who have underlying mental problems to begin with, and then the self medication begins. This is exactly why I started using all and everything I could at a very young age. I honestly don't know if weed can cause any of the above mentioned mental problems, I do know I have PTSD and that any drug I do makes life 100000x harder. I could well see that any psychedelic would have potential to affect someones mind like that, and while you may not be dropping acid or smoking DMT - marijuana is still a psychedelic and still affects you.
I just want to state it again - if you have mental problems, and commit suicide, it's a tragedy. If you get dumped and you commit suicide, it's a fucking crime against life - your family - everyone. I have no sympathy for it and by 10 I had tried to kill myself a few times and failed (luckily was young enough to not be to slick at it). Now, I am more grateful than ever to be alive and that I did fail!Comment
