Actually it is pretty easy you don't have to take your car apart and it always comes with instructions.

NO NO! It is easy. You see where your air filter is now? You would take that whole thing off then install the intake.

Ok bro I was wrong you do have to take out the front bumper this video is for a G35 but I'm guessing 370 is still about the same. But then again it took these gils 10 mins to install it.

I just watched that video and girls installed long tube I'm pretty sure if you install the short tube you don't have the take out the bumper.

All bouner needs is a Cold air intakes and a cat back exhaust with a hi flow cat. Before any of that, he needs a coilover kit :D
