Spent half an hour at the liquor store picking out different things...figured I'd stock up for a change so now I've got lots to work with. I like being creative in the kitchen. ;)

I know....we were all suppose to train today......Oh well, tell Elaine I said hi, and Stromba when he wakes up......got 2 more ours to go.....I am itchin to go to the gym today....my stuff just kicked about a few days ago......save a martini for me...
