    Just because I don't have a six pack doesn't mean I'm out of shape. I will out run you on any cardio exercise hell give me two months and I'll out lift you too and don't forget I'm 16 years older than you. :D

        I weigh 190lbs and I think you weigh around 245 right? basically your ass weighs 55lbs more then me so I highly doubt that you can out do me on anything. Oh wait I know you'll probably beat me in sinking. :rofl:

                  Well because biking I do works tons of cardio but I'm above my fat burning heart rate zone so I have a thin layer of bf(just enought to cover the abs)

                      lol i am cutting. I am not losing weight in the scale, but i have noticed my jeans getting looser on me again, i am gettin more vascular, and I am getting stronger :)


                      Stop hating my chicken, doesn't have oil. Its chicken breast, no fat on it. Any excess fat is cut before marination in buffalo sauce :D

                            doesn't really mess me up. it's on a weekend so it's not a big deal if you're an hour late on a sunday. but then again, i'm also a woman and we all know women are superior. :)

                                I love the light change - I'm training at 4:45 am - I get out today and it's FINALLY not raining, sun is coming up - was awesome. Longer nights means I can go again at dusk if I miss 2pm training, and it will not be over run by peoples.
