So, it's the last week of Biggest Loser...I'm no carbing and somewhat miserable. I'm getting something- sinus infection or cold or something. But- last night after I got home from the gym- all of a sudden I got really nauseous & had to sit down...Then I ate dinner (fish & green beans) and felt better. The thing is still in my throat/head- but no longer nauseous. Thought I was hypoglycemic. No biggie.
Then this morning- about 2 hours ago, 30 min after breakfast it happened again?? I ate some crackers, and finally felt better about 20 min later...I could understand it last night since I had just done an hour of cardio...but today, I was just sitting at my desk, and had breakfast like 30 min prior??? :wack:
Thoughts? Suggestions? Remedies?
