If the job is a big part of your depression, you need to find another job. I mean really, is there any possibility that you will ever like it? If not, you should move on immediately. I wouldn't quit without something else lined up, but once you do move on, your attitude will change.

As for working out, maybe you need to get yourself a partner if you don't have one already. It always helps to have a GOOD partner to workout with.

At the end of the day though, if you have an upbeat good attitude, things usually fall in place and new opportunities come forward. Being down in the dumps won't really help.

Snack foods and shit like that. Its been going on for about a month now and I just can't seem to stop myself. That makes me even more angry, I feel like I have lost my self restraint with this as well.

      And I hate my job.
I have massive ups and downs - try to find a solid mentor - some people have been real good to be on this board, they have been straight up with me, told me im a fucking idiot, told me to stay strong. Find a person like that in real life - I also don't know what your friends are like but they are also going to influence you vastly. I'm mainly a loner now, with goals and ambitions. And life's never been better. Good luck.

Welcome to life. Get used to it. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself concentrate on what you are supposed to be doing.
