you need to turn the picture to the left and have the kid on the top of the picture. then completely ignore the "eye" of the lady and you'll see that the blanket matches the bedding.

as for the picture being taken so far away, it could have been a timer he set on the camera because he was messing around.

not saying i'm disproving it because it does look like an older lady taking a picture but i'm just playing devil's advocate.

I did that and I see the blanket matching. I also see a part of someone's right hand. Those lines are actually the lines on your hand if you look at it very closely.
