    Pizza. Today, I felt tired and burnt out. I decided to eat some pizza. Three pieces later, i feel golden!!! Cheating feels soooo good sometime. What is everyon's choice of cheat meal?

      A steak dinner with mashed potatoes, a big steak burrito, cheeseburgers. I have to be careful though, I have been eating super clean and if I eat to much crap thats exactly how I feel

        I know what you mean. I am my own worst enemy and punisher when I screw up. It matters not if it is my diet or something else. But some times, I relaize easing up a bit doesn't hurt for a meal

          LOL, I have been having cheat weekends lately. seems like I get 2-3 weeks in clean abs start popping again and I say fuck it cheat weekend. I had pizza yesterday and a 6 dollar grilled cheese burger from carls jr today that thing was fucking good. I all most got the bannana and choclate chip shake but I held off.

            For good measure last night, my final meal was reeses peanut butter ice cream. I truly feel so much better today than I did yesterday. It was my first time straying from the diet since January 21.

            NOw as for this morning, egg whites, oatmeal, naty pb and green tea.

              I have been cheating too much on the weekends. Lately it has been about 3 cheat meals per weekend. Cheeseburger subs, pizza, cheesecake, and chips made up my cheat meals this weekend. I actually look forward to Monday’s to start eating clean again.

                I had a small meat lovers pizza and a 16inch steak and cheese grinder for a cheat meal this weekend; but I have to eat food like that regularly or I wont gain any weight. I need like a cheat meal a day when I need to bulk up.

                But it is never potato ships or ice cream or anything like that; more like big calories with high protein like a 24oz steak or a pizza.

                  As long as I cheat with real food it's not a problem.

                  But if I go crazy with the sweet stuff, like heavy desserts it fucks me up. Local Italian place has the best cannoli and tiramisu I've ever had....eat way too much of that shit. Next day I feel like I have a hangover.

                    If I eat any sugary foods I get a sore throat and feel sick the next few days, strange.

                      That's the best thing you can do. If i cheat with big meals like that, I feel better, much better. With sweets and shit, I feel like shit
