haha! national health is great but get ready for the hordes of drop outs and sympathy chasers along with health tourists (people that come from shitty assed countries to ponse of your free health system that in fact you are all paying for in taxes), all clogging up the system and increasing waiting times for your life saving operations which after a while, due to the poverty in the health system caused by the former, you will never get, because the accountants through influence on policy will ensure you get delayed so half the operations don't get performed because so many people died waiting.


Its a great idea though! and at the end of the day Obahma is black so we can't complain otherwise we're racist! didn't he do so well, it must have been so hard for him and he must have faced so much resistance from the establishment!
