You did see it...I saw it too as I watched that show from Day 1...but I'm wondering if they only did that on the 'show' bikes they built for corporate clients, and not the ones they shipped out the doors to regular customers.

pre fab from the start B ,, friend of mine bought one before all the tv shit ... its just a buy and bolt together bike .. actually an over priced peace of shit .. he had nothing but problems with it and those peaces of shit wouldnt do anything to help him --

You're right. All of their production bikes were prefab. In the beginning the "custom" bikes were hand made except the frames, but they even stopped doing that to get things out faster and cheaper.

I watched it from the beginning for quite awhile (until it turned into a soap opera). They did cut pipes to form exhaust or handle bars, but they never built a frame from scratch, fender, or tank. They didn't even have the machinery to do so. The nicest show bikes they had were the fire dept tribute and the pow bike and they were pre fab customs.

Maybe we have a difference in the definition of fabrication. Advance this video to 4:15. You NEVER saw any episode of OCC doing fabrication such as this.

Yeah that is what I remember. They bent some pipes for exhaust, but that is about it. Those guys suck.
