Hey beast, here is a mustang fan that is NOT a fanboy. learn the difference and stop making yourself look like a jealous tool.
"The Genesis won because the editors liked it better. It's as simple as that. Get over it people. I'm a mustang fan but I don't see a reason to complain. They liked it better because it aligned better with their priorities in judging a car (better balance, ride quality, handling ... whatever). Their priorities don't have to comply with the priorities of the average mustang fan.
If you want to voice your opinion you're always free to do so with your checkbook at the dealership. Personally I'm buying a mustang. But the articles at MT are the domain of the editors. The Genesis won because they liked it better and deservedly so (if your priorities are in tune with theirs). No need to hate."

Dang I was watching pacific and this thread grew. :D
stop calling me a fan boy, fan boy you call me a fan boy but you just pulled out ten different articles about genesis, who is the fan boy here?
Like I said forget the names and look at it as two cars one being lighter, faster, with better stopping power and not one bad word about it steering and they call it all out track machine and the other car is heavier, slower, stops longer and they complained about it's steering but then they turn around and say wow this thing handles great. Are you fucking kidding me how is that possible? You like it or not if a pro test driver says one bad word about a cars steering I'm gonna take it to heart and make my decision accordingly.
And like I said before given the choice I'll be buying the genesis not the mustang because interior of genesis kills mustang.
And before you go on and on again let me sum it up for you...as far as the driving goes mustang 0 complains, genesis 1 complain so IMO genesis losses so stop being a fan boy. :D

thats fine if you want a 4 year old Chevy performance car. you can drive real fast in between trips to the auto shop. lol. that thing would cost you $15-20k over the next 5 years of ownership.Originally posted by Konitz View PostThat thing is 30K? I would just go buy a used 'Vette for that price.

Never break; ever; guarantee it. I have not spent 15K on all my vehicles combined for repairs; I bet I have not even spent 5,000. Stuff rarely breaks if you have a required maintenance schedule. Just like the race teams you enjoy to watch; you gotta treat your vehicle like they treat their race cars do regular full inspections of the vehicle.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postthats fine if you want a 4 year old Chevy performance car. you can drive real fast in between trips to the auto shop. lol. that thing would cost you $15-20k over the next 5 years of ownership.
