Always at home I have a full blown gym in my 4 car garage.Originally posted by decadecadeca View PostEver workout at home or is it commercial gym only for you?
I am in florida right now having to workout at the hotel gym witch is pretty good for a hotel but i find myself wanting to help the retards. I dont think I could handle the golds type gym. I would need to goto a hard core gym where people know how to lift. not sure why I am like that I guess its just my helping nature. I am always trying to help people with everything????

Same here.
I don't think you can beat the convenience of it. I can be in my gym in ten seconds instead of fighting traffic and hunting for parking. When I'm done I have my PWO shake/meal ten steps away. No wait for a bench or rack, my music....hell I can lift butt ass naked if I want.
I'll go to the gym on campus every once in a while just for a change, no way I would want to go back to a regular gym all the time.

Home gym.
I tried memberships, but with my work schedule, night class, traffic, etc..it made it too easy for me to make excuses for myself.
Last year I emptied the garage bought a used powertec set up from a college kid. The vinyl was torn up it was a bit rusty because he had it in a car port and shit was piled up all over it. I gave him $500 for it and 675lb in weights! I've accumulated a decent amount of dumb bells through craigslist now too. Now if needed I can hit the weights in the morning if I know it's going to be a long day or right when I get home before I get too relaxed and lazy.

this one is very good. It had precore everything smith machine, a bunch of stations. Ivanko dumbells only to 50lbs but still very good for hotelOriginally posted by decadecadeca View PostMost hotel gyms sucks nuts. A couple bikes, a treadmill and maybe a universal machine.
The nicer ones I get stuck at have a dumbbell rack if I'm lucky.
probably 10 bikes treadmills and stair steppers all top of the line precore.
