  • Fat ass dog

Had my dog in for his annual shots today. Fat boy has gained 13 lbs since October when he had his nuts removed. He weighed 96lbs today. High standard for males is typically 75lbs. He's an above average size Boxer to start so he doesn't look extremely out of shape but I need to reduce his food intake to get his leaner and more tapered look back. Dog is a tank. He has a 21'' collar and it fits just right.

lol, ol lady has the camera at her bridal shower.

The pic in my avatar is when he got tore into a friends 'bag' that he put in his sneakers when he crashed on our couch one night. Dog was fkd up. It was really scary at first because he couldn't keep his balance and he didn't move from the couch for a few hours. Once it started wearing off and my anxiety passed it was comical but I about smacked the shit out of him for leaving his crap where my dog could get it.

I always wondered what he was doing in that picture. That is a wild story. I would have been pissed at first as well, glad he was ok.

A buddy of mine just went off to jail; I am trying to get his 160 lb bull mastiff; dog is a beast, but very well mannered.

How much exercise does he get? My boxer pup just turned 9 months and he is already over 80 pounds. The vet said she was worried when she heard how much he weighed but after seeing him she said he has great muscle tone. I’ve started jogging with him almost every day. We also have a decent amount of land too so he gets a ton of exercise. Sounds like maybe he should start hitting the treadmill!

if someone left fucken drugs around my house and my dog ate them that person would be in danger of his fucken life.

and to be honest, the way you joke about it and even put the dogs picture in your avatar that at that moment was high because of eating drugs and could have potentially died isnt cool with me either..

be careful not to over exercise. to much exercise can cause injury.

he may just be a big boxer. if the vet said he is fine that he is fine. if he looks a little chubby then adjust his diet.

dont start putting the dog on a fucken treadmill.

if he gets a ton of exercise on the land you own, that is enough.

^ Dude I was kidding about the treadmill.

He is not remotely chubby. All muscle.

And as far as over exercising... We jog at a slow pace. And that never wears him out. The only time he ever gets tired is if my buddy brings his boxer over to play. I make sure he gets the exercise he needs to stay healthy. I don't under/over work him.

I do think most dog owners under exercise their dogs. At least from what I see.
