Just got in a fucking accident.

Fuck! I was coming out of my street to make a left hand turn and this fucker came out of nowhere and took off front of my car.:mad:
I was already way past the middle lane in to the turn lane. If I was another mile faster he would've plowed in to my door. I got lucky.

Of course as soon as he comes out of the car he tells me his neck is out, and I told him to get the fuck out, there wasn't any impact it was only a swipe how can you have a neck injury? after that he changed his tune. We didn't call the cops or the ambulance we just exchanged information and went on our way.
I'll be hearing back from the claim adjuster tomorrow sometimes.

from what my dad has said (and of course i believe him) you're always supposed to call the police to have a third, unbiased party present and to take down any signs.

Yeah, I doubt he is going to just take all the blame. A police report is crucial.

I had a lady try and change her story after having a police report.

I'm still waiting to hear from the adjuster but I made sure to tell my insurance and his insurance people that there was no impact only a swipe. I have a picture of his car with his passenger window half rolled down still intact as we all know it doesn't take much of an impact to break a car window beause they are made shatter.

Well I guess I'll find out soon. :)
