BTW Mark Coleman, Kevin Randleman, Phil Baroni, even Tank all had lifting background and in their day when their mma was about as advanced or even less advanced than others they all kicked ass compared to the other none lifters. Not saying they were the best, no where near but when you consider it was their strength from lifting that gave them the edge it kinda leaves you with shit all over your face with the your argument.

Watch Randlemen Vs Bas Rutten, Rutten won on points but it was one of the biggest travesties in scoring in MMA everyone in the crowd and who watched knew that Randleman completely fucked Bas up, broke his nose, broke his sternum and just dominated him all the way. Bas Rutten is one of the best.
