  • Who grew up with these?

I had almost all of them.

I liked the covers of the books. Don't think I ever read any of them.

    I only see 2 that I don't remember reading.

"Say Cheese and Die" was a good one. I had tons of those damn books.

My daughter reads those books. Her school keeps track of books the kids read on a computer because after they read the books they can take a quiz about the book and earn points. They have to earn so many points per card marking. In the past 3 years she has read like 275 books! Some were short books but thats about 274 more than I have read in my lifetime.

They were books in which you got to decide what happened. There were several endings in each book depending on what you choose

i read all the goosebumps. there was one book where you could pick how the story went through options. like if you wanted event A to happen you jumped to page XX and for event B you went to a different page. i also watched the tv shows.

                    It was like this...

If you want to beat the shit out of a guido turn to page 6.

If you want to fuck a guidette while her boyfriend is tanning turn to page 8.

If you want to be a homo return this book and purchase Goosebumps.

Those were awesome. I didn't do much reading as a kid, but I read a lot of those.

I actually read both choose your own adventure and goosebumps. With choose your own adventure, if I didn't like how things were turning out...I would choose the other path.

I also read The Boxcar Children.
