It varies from state to state over here. NJ age is 16. NY is 17. I beleive some other states (damn bible belt) it is 18

In MA it's 16 - I remember in highschool two kids got caught fuckin - guy was 15 girl 17 - dudes parents pressed charges lmao - it got dismissed but that kid never lived it down. :rofl:
