Why does sex make me sleepy after - but when I give the ol monkey a hand spankin it doesn't do diddly to make me sleep? Granted sex takes a lot longer and what not - but it's cardio is nothing compared to what I do during the day, why does sex itself make me so damn tired after ?

The chemical in everybody is different. It happens in women and mostly in men. Then there are those that become wide awake because the increased heart rate and everything has a stronger influence than the chemicals released during orgasm.
