finally getting dye test tomorrow morning

well i had an MRI done on my shoulder a while ago .. the guy that read the MRI said its normal my doctor says he thinks there is a possible tear and the reader is wrong but he [the reader] stands by his normal reading --

soo i went for a second opinion .. the doc i went to for a second opinion trains , hes a young guy , knows his shit about the gym and comes highly recommended [ great surgeon] i like him a lot ... he looked at the MRI and feels there might be a possible tear in there as well !! he is the one having the dye test done the dye test will show weather its torn or not ...

i was told its not pleasant .. going to punch a very large pin deep into the shoulder and pump it full of radioactive liquid which burns :retard: then force feed me into the MRI machine ... wish i could have someone video it cause its funny watching them stuff me into the machine .. will take 3 hours for the whole thing from beginning to end -

sooo i will find out next week weather torn or not .... if torn surgery has already been put in the works so i can get it fixed asap

Good luck, I know some excellent orthopedic surgeons in my area they are the best everyone that has gone to them comes out good as new, or better, my buddy just had his shoulder done and he is feeling great.

test is done i was there for a few hours ... the only real discomfort i had was when they put the needle into the joint and moved it around other then that it wasn't bad ..

the shoulder is sore now they put alot of fluid in there so alot of pressure pushing with no place to go .. the body will absorb and i will piss it out within 48 hours -

i have follow up with my do next wed so i will know then if torn or not

glad it went well man. Like Rocket said, I hope it isn't to do with your shoulder. Hopefully minor discomfort that will go away with anti-inflammatory meds
