  • Hey everyone

    Sorry I haven't been around much lately, had a bad facet joint problem then got sick so I been a littleoff my game. Also had to send the laptop if for repair. I have a wedding to attend today but come tommorrow I'm back on it. I trained shoulders and tris last night and nearly passed out lol. Its funny because even though it was my first workout in a while and I hadn't lost much strength for the first few sets at least. My fitness however was terrible, found it hard to recouperate between sets. So its no deadlifting or bent rows for me for a good while but I'm keen to get back to it from tommorrow and will be back on the case here. I need to try and figure a workout for back thickness without bent rows and dls, any help would be appreciated, I was thinking single arm rows, hypers for lower spinus erectus

            I don't actually know how I did it I think its just more about wear and tear and poor posture but my L1 and L2 vvertebrea are bolt straight with no flexion which is a sign they're trying to protect something. The second issue is that my right facet joint is locked in tight to my spine whereas the left one is too slack. Basically my right side is very tight and bound up to the point that when I walk and transfer the weight from left to right leg, the right hip flexors are taking the weight of my right leg completely. It seems to stem from an imbalance in strength between hamstring favouring thighs, which itself stems from previous hamstring tears. I'm in crappy shape and ewant to get right for july holiday so I'm trying to stretch the area well, doing cardio along with weights and avoiding those excercises that would stress the area. Meanwhile I'm getting myself on the wifes health insurance whereupon I will get an MRI scan done and find the route of it.

              light stiff leg deads.

              knees slightly bent ( just slightly), ass out. feel the stretch in your hams.

              no need to put anymore then a 45lb plate on each side for this.
