Thanks muscle lust, the reason I ask is because a really interesting thing happened in th uk. An authority social worker got sacked because he refused to help a gay couple with relationship counselling issues, he was catholic and said homosexuality was against religion and therefor he would be committing a sin by helping them. What was really interesting is that as part of his case against his employer for wrongful dismissal the arch bishop of canterbury (highest uk catholic figure) wrote to the judge defending the guy and saying he felt that actually such cases should be tried in a seperate catholic judicial progress. Judge justice Law ruled against ther guy being wrongfully dismissed and slammed the archbishops letter sayin there is only one law in this land and its not a matter for religion. Its quite a president of a case in that it strongly kicks religious influence on law in the teeth. From here on it should be interesting when another religious based claim comes forth.
