I'm just going to ask every guido I see if their alias is THE BOUNCER :P
On a side note, I already had a very memorable moment on the way to the corner store (bada bing deli) this morning. When I moved to Pittsburgh that was the farthest north east I had been. So needless to say this is my first time in and around NY. It will probably sound silly, but as I watched this police car drive by I stared at the NYPD on the side of the car. It was quite surreal. I have only seen the NYPD logo on tv and movies.

Well your not just going to Staten island if you are going to Mesa Grill. Mesa is in Manhattan and me and sana have been there. great food but be prepared for small portions at big portion prices. i left there feeling like it was great food but i wanted a lot more of it.
since you are going to be in Manhattan you MUST and i do mean MUST go to Lombardi's Pizza. http://www.firstpizza.com/home.html oldest pizzeria in America.

Got the pizza. The line was insane. So we ordered two to go and walk to the end of the block to this playground to eat. It was good pizza, but I'm not big into pizza so I couldn't really tell you how it ranked. Probably higher than most since I liked it.

NY is such an amazing city. With so many stereotypes, I rarely saw any. As soon as we got off the ferry and onto the sub way, there was this really nice guy who help us get our stroller through the emergency door properly. Then we happen to sit by him on the sub way and he started making ballon swords and stuff. Gave them to my kids, my dad, myself and some other kids. I thought he was trying to make money, but never asked for it. My dad tried to tip him and he didn't take it. He said he loves kids and was just warming up for this birthday party he was about to do. We got my older son a NY shirt from a street vendor and the sign said $15. Gave him $15 and turned around to walk away then he stopped us and gave us $5 back because kids sizes were only $10. There was this street carnival going on and I went by myself real quick to buy a funnel cake. They also sold fried oreo's. This couple walking by had a daughter about 2 years old and he just gave her an unfried oreo. Getting back and waiting to board the ferry, this guy that was selling bottle water for $1, just gave one to my son because my son simply made him laugh.
To add, Magda and I have never seen so many hot women in one city. Even better it was such a diverse type of hot women. So it never got old seeing the next one walk by.
