A so called "body building gym" dbj actually saw it as she was dropping her brother off next to it at the laser tag place. She was like, "I see two massive people walking into this gym."

Talked to one of my friends about it and it turns out its a bodybuilding gym. I am relieved to hear such a place exists, prices are a bit pricy. Its more than what I pay for now. Its also a bit further. I might check it out tomorrow and see if its worth it or not.

Gym is called Colosseum Gym and owned by Milos Sarcev.

I'll check it out tomorrow with my friend to see if its worth it.

Ok just got back from checking this place out. My friend and I were astonished. Its fuckin nice. They have cardio stuff which is nice, and their machines are endless. Hammer strength all the way. Dumbbells go up to 140lbs, my old gym went up to 130lbs. The people are in shape, so I won't be dealing with fatass's.

When i walked in, I was greeted by this chick. Holy fuck, she was in shape like no other, veins coming out of her arms and tight fucking ass, on top of that a nice firm handshake and I was like very nice. Filled out a release form and she let us walk around. There is a punching bag there, 2 squat boxes, and old school equipment that I have seen in Ronnie's videos. They have TV's, stretching place, towels, etc... (Long ass list)

The place had the A/C off and I was like good. I enjoy sweating heavily while lifting. The owner came up and talked to us, and he was real nice about it. I had this other older member come up and talk to us and tell us its the place for us guys that lift heavy. He said no pussy's allowed :lmao:

They have chalk everywhere, I was like FUCK YEA!!!

I am excited about this place, I want to lift with guys that are bigger than me and stronger. I have that motivation to lift heavier and try to beat them.

We got 2 weeks free, so starting Monday I'll be lifting there. Its $25 a month for 6 months, and than its $49 after that because we're students. Regular price is $55. No contracts, and you pay by the month.
I am waiting for my current place to expire and than I'll join. Really happy I found a gym like this :)


Oh yea, the bathrooms are weird. Inside the men's locker room there was this other room where it was just a sink and toilet. It had a lock on the door and everything. I am thinking you can go there and juice :D

DNA, offer to six months of dues up front to the owner and ask for a discount. I got to a small bodybuilding gym. When I did that, he offered me 10 off a month. That came out to a reduction of 25%. I consider that to be a return on the investment.

Talking to the owner, he likes when people pay upfront, though I have no contract. He knows he is going to get paid. He finds some people don't pay, but will continue to use it until they get caught. He doesn't have the resources or time of a large company to go after them. So you show you are serious and pay, he gives people a break

Did push today with my friend. Great gym, didn't get too crowded until near the end. Their gym hours were from 7am-3pm So by 2:15pm it was a good amount of people there.

Big guys in in the corner doing squats, deads, clean and press, etc...

Apparently in the back they have boxing equiptment, so for cardio tomorrow I'll grab a jump rope and do intervals of running, jump roping, and hitting the bag. All while I am low carb, lol.
