Nope! Just bunch of fast talking trying to take you for a ride kind of mentality, for example...you can't walk in to the grand bazaar and not get harassed by bunch of store owners that trying to sell you shit.
Don't get me wrong city is full of nice and genuine people but those select a few are enough to ruin a great vacation experience.
