The video is definitely real. Pro golfers, when hitting with a driver, create a ball speed of 200 mph or more. That could possibly be coming off of a 5 or 4 iron.

I was watching golf over the weekend and they had a ball speed stat on one of the holes and players were creating upwards of 135 mph with 6 and 7 irons.
