  • Scariest movie you've ever seen?

And does it still freak you out or have you never watched it again?

nightmare on elm street when i was lil kid - couldn't sleep for shit terrified, love that flick. classic - remake was shit awful (shock). I kinda chuckle with most horror movies now, i love any and all horror now they don't scare me but movies like silence of the lambs - movies with legitimate psychological angles of serial killers where you can see how the dude next door could be a fucking nut always are money.

The Original "Changeling" with George C Scott

          The Changeling (1980)

Movie freak me the fuck out.

"A man staying at a secluded historical mansion, finds his life being haunted by the presence of a ghost."

i agree with blm on the exorcist. bitch scared me like a mofo. i also to this day hate any and all chuckie movies. for my birthday one year my grandparents bought me these expensive porcelain dolls with creepy smiles. i immediately threw them out. then my parents and i moved to the house we're at now and my mom had apparently rescued them and they sat on the ledge in the basement next to our treadmill. i wrapped them in plastic bags and threw them into the crawl space and locked them in there.

i don't know what it is about the movie that seriously got under my skin. any doll that looks realistic in any sense gives me the creeps.

Only once when I was a kid. I watched Candyman late one night at my granparents house and slept with the light on. Other than that, I think "horror" type flicks are not only un-scary, but also stupid. I'm with the others though that are into the phsycological thrillers. They don't scare me asd much as kind of freak me out.
