i was watching a show about the largest man in the UK and how he wanted to get gastric bypass and even offered to sign a waiver for transportation to the hospital. after he lost 50 pounds an oversized ambulance took him to the hospital. the hospital itself had to reinforce the floor underneath both the surgical room and the room he was staying in.

I don't buy psychological addiction - that's called making stupid fucking choices , I understand physical addiction all too well. Still choices stop both so in the end, I agree with you.
