So AMC aired the alleged Superman II with the Superman I director. Granted it's been years and probably closer to a decade since I saw Superman II, but I didn't notice anything different or "incomplete" with the "original Superman II".

You just blew my mind. So, you are telling me that there are two different Superman II's? One with the same director as I and one with a different director? Same cast? I don't think I have ever heard of this before.Originally posted by Shibby View PostSo AMC aired the alleged Superman II with the Superman I director. lol, I thought I was in the dark until a few weeks ago. From what I read, I and II were being filmed at the same time. The success of I made the movie company choose to changed directors on II. Basically scrapping all the the recorded film of II and starting over. Some of the same screen writing was used, but a new director was calling the shots. The one they just played on AMC was suppose to be the unfinished Superman II. Maybe they added in parts to show it on AMC, but I didn't see any difference.
