    so this day is getting better, fucking weak. knee specialist monday :(

    no more squat till ya puke for a hot minute.

        Becarefull with that knee bro, give it a good rest and recovery time, you don't wanna fuck it up. You are waaay to young to have fucked up knees remember you are going to need those fuckers for the next forty fifty years

          I live in boston - it rains here unlike LA you bastard !!! LOL I want your weather! Yeah bro, I'm going to rehab it to whatever end - it hurts like HELL and I can't be taking PK's , it's too risky. That brace is about 550$ w/out insurance ! So glad i just picked up blue cross lol, they can eat that bill. It sucks I had a power lift meet 22nd and I was really excited for it man. :(

                  this is why you train muscles and not tendons, ligaments etc..

                  for that to happen you were going way to heavy. now your fucked.

                      not true - doctor showed me that I had a piece of bone that was floating in my knee cap - that was why the tendons couldn't hold on - i wasn't really pushing it that hard. I don't claim to be any power lifter - just love the basic compounds.

                          man i dunno lol, i go see him again tomorrow for figuring out how to handle it. There is a slither of bone off the top of my knee cap that was floating around and wasn't meant to be , that I'm sure of. I'll get the paperwork on it tomorrow and you can figure it out, i just wanna know how long till i can hit legs lol :D
