I pulled my right groin at a soccer game Tuesday evening. Sucks! I pulled my left one playing football about 4 years ago and it took me almost 1.5 years for it to heal (I continued to play football and squat). This pull is not nearly as bad as before but definitely causing me discomfort. I’m going to take a week off of soccer/legs and see how I feel. My question… You think taking creatine is bad when you have pulled muscle and have swelling? Man I hate injuries!!!! :fight:
