    Some asshole was doing step ups and dropped the 60s like 3 times in a row before owner came and toldhim to cut the shit or leave today.

    can you fix db's when they are loose? Fucking annoying as hell using weights that are rotating. Owner asked me to bring in L wrenchs to try n fix em tomorrow - standard db's - anyone kno ?

    old style ones you can just turn on there side and use you hand to tighen then up.

      yeah - tried that with these - it's like the two inner small plates keep on fucking spinning it drives me nuts :fight::fight:

        Are you talking about the ones with an Allen head bolt that holds the plates on? the bolt runs into the handle so you just tighten them up

          the db at my gym tighten by simply spinning the db while it is on the floor

            sounds like the thread may have gone if the centre just keeps turning, either have to be re spiraled with a special drill or just welded and have done with it
