i have not tried the extender but have done what they call jelging and jelqing works -- i just bought the jelging tool which is a simple tool i probably could have made myself ..

i have only gained a small amount of length with jelging which is no biggie for me its the amount of overall thickness that i have gained that makes it worth while .. my wife started to notice and asked me wtf was i running lol .. i showed her the research on jelging as i research the fuck out of everything before i try it ... was a huge skeptic till i noticed how much thickness i was gaining ..

the entender has my interest though !! seems like less work so i may give it a try

I did it for a few months and noticed a difference. Problem is finding the time to commit to it. When you stop things go back to normal though.
