    Anyone try it? I plan to try it out. Let you know how it goes. I figured creatine is creatine but I cant stand the bloat from Monohydrate. Not a fan of the CEE didnt get the same strength gains. no bloat though

    container is really small. I bought 2 and went through the first one quick. going on 2 months on Con-cret. I got no bloating or upset stomach from it but i couldn't tell you any other benefits from it LOL. no endurance or strength gains from it. ive never responded well to CEE or other creatine products. the only one which works for me monohydrate. always was great but the bloating is ridiculous.

      when do you take your monohydrate and how much?

      5 grams a day shouldnt cause much bloat.
