Nope, no abs. Last time I saw abs was when i weighed 187lbs. I was just skinny and weak. I hated it, hated it so badly man. Skinny arms, skinny legs.

My diet and training are on point. No more games, and no more telling myself its ok. Getting a grasp on this fucking it in the ass.

7 meals a day, no carbs post workout (except 25g of malto-dextrin in my postworkout shake) only have carbs in my pre-workout meal. I dropped from 248 about 3-4 weeks ago. Waist is dropping now, might go down to a 32, we'll see.

My friend cpak59 and I both are training hard at the Colosseum. We train hard to the point that when Friday comes along, every muscle still hurts and doing legs makes us cry. For me, Saturday is the only recovery day because Sunday is cardio.

I'll get cpak59 to post. His stats are through the roof. 5ft 10, 188lbs 12% bodyfat, visible abs. Strong guy too. Puts me to shame, lol

good, just keep at it. and definitly get it in your head that abs do not mean small and weak, you can be big as fuck with abs. as a matter of fact, fat slows down growth to a point.

you dont want to be so ripped and dry that you are weak but something like 10% is perfect.

Thanks man. I know I can manage 13% perfectly, because I've had that before. I just want to keep my weight around 220's with that 13%.

with tinted windows u could really fuck with a lot of folks . would not be seen in one but with tinted windows u could freak a few out..:)
