They have some lame ass story about how it is a software issue, that the formula for coming up with the correct number of bars that correlate to service, is wrong. Seems they are trying to push the blame on the AT&T network. Apple's response to this problem are pissing me off.

Not really, just simplicity, and I know a lot more shortcuts on mac then windoze. They are both fine, but I personally have always spent more time overall doing bullshit maintenance on my windoze shit.
