I don't think I understand the point you are making. I read it as "If I fought like that, I could be an MMA champion, but I choose to fight like a real fighter" and I don't think that's what you mean.

He despises Lesnar so he chooses not to acknowledge the fact that despite his lack of experience he is still the HW champ. He was never tested by heavy shots until Carwin. He did what he had to to survive the onslaught of 5XL fists smashing him. There was no reason to stop the fight, imo. Did it look bad for a nearly 300lb freak to be balled up like a school boy...of course, but he toughed it out and got the win. He is still a rookie in the sport and is the first person to admit it. Not the fight I wanted to see, but oh well....

Yes as BLM stated I do hate Lesnar so I magnify everything worse on him.
but my point still stands. he curled up and ran around the cage when he got hit. if the cage wasnt there he might of ran home? I will not take away from him that he could beat the breaks off me anyday of the week and he is the UFC champ and in my book makes him the baddest man to walk around.
But he is still a sissy and will never be more than that to me. I gaurantee shane hits me and I dont go to sleep i am hitting his ass right back. I would never turn my back to you and run away.

He's never been out of the first round, and he fucked his already small gas tank up even more by adding size to try and be as big as Lesnar. Throwing all those punches left him completely exhausted, and he was easy pickings for Brock after that flurry.

Carwin wasn't too bright either; if you watch the replay carefully, you'll see that most of the shots he threw while on top of Brock were hitting his forearms. He would have been smarter to slow down and pick his spots to punch, so more of the shots would have landed cleanly. Brock was marked up some, but he wasn't really 'hurt' except for when he took the big uppercut and the knee. Carwin's GnP wasn't nearly as good as it might look to the uneducated eye.

I agree 100%. Carwin released an official statement stating that his body 'shut down' at the end of the first and that he knew unless he could catch him with a punch he was screwed.
