pay off the cops and you can pretty much do anything you want. 13-year-olds riding bikes, sharing the roads with cows and camels and parking wherever you want. if it wasn't a disease ridden shithole i wouldn't mind visiting again.

the roads in that collection are gorgeous though. i really want to get into photography and just make shit loads of money taking pictures. but that is a load of crap and won't happen.
