Well, and here's the other problem- some are so fat they have gone beyond the point of being ABLE to exercise. They have to lose weight just to get to that point, which would entail eating healthy.

The people in the scooters at the grocery store drive me nuts. But, most of them are too fat to walk, and the others are well on their way. Now I just feel sorry for them because they can't or wont, help themselves.
