Pretty easy...stop smoking weed NOW and just bide your time for the next couple of weeks to be sure you'd pass a piss test from your employer. Then, clean house first ie: make sure there is nothing illegal there, stash your laptop and cell at a trusted buddy's place, ect. Clean out the joint savings, cancel any joint credit cards, ect the morning that you plan to dump her. Then JUST DO IT. She can't do shit to you, bro...she could rant and rave to the cops day and night about illegal stuff but it's just heresay...they can't touch you if there is no evidence. Employer can't fire you either based on the allegations of a loony ex either.
