I wouldn't bother jailbreaking these days if you don't need to unlock your phone for use abroad.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti dont think so, i will have to look into it. i am pretty much an expert when it comes to these high science phones.
A year ago, there were so many apps and features that were not available at the app store and on the stock SW that it make sense to jailbreak. But slowly, Apple has been enhancing the SW and more apps have become available on the store that do that kinds of things that JB allows you to do, that if I were to buy a new phone now, I probably wouldn't bother jailbreaking.

No bro, all plans until about a month or so ago have unlimited data. Very recently, AT&T scrapped their unlimited data plans for a 2 tier plan setup - a basic plan that has 2GB or something like that (plus some $/GB overage charge) and a higher plan with 10 or 20GB or something like that. I think the analyses done in the online mags was that virtually nobody would exceed the higher plan.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti thought only people with the 2g iphone got the unlimited plan no? thought 3g users didnt have the unlimited option.
If however you are on a plan from earlier this year or last year, you are golden. You should have unlimited data. But you might want to stop by an AT&T store and have them pull up your account and verify just to make sure.

Data Plans with Wi-Fi - DataPlus & DataPro Plan - Wireless from AT&T
might have to bump up to 2 gigs because the trapster app uses a good amount of data.

So you must have just started a new plan. That explains it. Yeah, bump it up to the higher level. I think the online reviews said that 99.9% of users should not exceed the higher level. 200MB is nothing.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postall i got is 200mb :retard:
