I was a BB user for many years. So was our company. The beginning of this year I switched to an iPhone. Hands down the iPhone wins in almost every category. The BB is better at profiles, setting up level 1 messages and some remote admin features if you are going through a company BES. Besides those things the iPhone blows away the BB. You can say what you want about the iPhone apps but there are some very cool apps out there. Our company is now slowly switching some users over to the iPhone. I doubt we will get completely away from BB due to the money we have invested in our BES server and licensing. Only thing that I struggled with for about a week was the typing. But it’s just as easy or easier than trying to type on a full keyboard BB. Those keys are too small for most hands (except for Rado’s small hands).

Seriously though I hate everything apple makes except the iphone. Whatever they did they fucking figured out how to make a phone that functions. Only thing that I give a fuck in my phone is how easy to make an appointment in my calendar and typing my texts. I was at the att store I tried everything they had on the shelf and they all sucked. And anybody that complains about the typing on iphone is simply doesn't know how to type on it, if they did they'd know that it's easier then any BB with a tiny ass buttons and that sucky track ball that everyone complains about after three months because of the shit build up underneath.

And by the way my iphone 4 for should be arriving by tomorrow.

I didnt mean why get an iphone, but you should have gotten something other than a BB. The operating system is way behind and even the hardware is outdated. It's like getting a windows phone. iphone or android are the way to go.

i really want to try out the samsung swype technology first. but i have compared my texting accuracy and speed on buttons and touch screen alike (resistive and capacitive alike) and i prefer physical buttons. i don't like how the iphone does the thing where it acts like t9 and predicts the next possibility of letters you could choose and makes that touch area larger.
