Thats funny too because im in great shape, barely any bodyfat and im playing amazing golf. Only my joints and back are bad from going to the gym as much as I used to. I know exactly what it's all about. And believe me i know how to lift. But you're definitely not just working your muscles when you lift. you have got it in your head that lifting destroys your body. just not the case. certain types of lifting can certainly fuck you up. but working out is one of the best things you can do for yourself. ask any physical therapists etc.. they have 90 year old women lifting weights just to keep from falling apart.Originally posted by Timma View PostI know exactly what it's all about. Im not saying that it destroys your body, but when you do it to the extremes that I did it can after time. If you talk to physical therapists not all of it is about lifting weights.
